My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but the size was just average. The service, however, was exceptional with exceptionally polite and helpful staff. The location was convenient for exploring the Plaza area, but there were some issues with noise and drafts in the room. The dining options were standard, though a bit pricey. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.

The brand new, clean, and comfy room was welcoming, but the constant noise from nearby stairs and the freezing draft coming through the window were a downside. The location was pretty ideal for exploring the plaza, downtown, and Westport areas, but the additional charges like parking fees were a bit of a letdown.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The location was wonderful, with easy access to nearby restaurants and a quick Uber ride to downtown. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff, especially the desk clerk, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, the dining experience was a bit lacking in variety, and the lobby had a somewhat stiff appearance. Overall, a great choice for a Plaza trip.
